Ever since I was 10 years old I wanted to play the piano. My dad had been forced to take piano lessons as a child and told me that I would hate it. Case closed.
Fast forward 48 years and at the ripe age of 58, a widow with nothing but time on my hands, I figured it was the perfect time to learn how to play the piano.
In the fall of 2016, I visited the Piano Gallery, met with Brian and shared with him my dream of being able to play the piano. He explained the various options available with the wide variety of different manufacturers and models on display in the showroom. He mentioned that the Pearl River piano had won best piano in 2015. That sold me.
As I was in the middle of renovations, Brian let me choose when to have the piano delivered. He also told me if I was serious about learning how to play that he could connect me with a wonderful teacher who also played. In December I decided it was time to learn how to play. Brian introduced me to the most amazing teacher and I cannot believe how much I have learned in the past six months.
In addition to Brian’s excellent customer service skills, he also ordered the perfect piano lamp for my piano for me and when his piano tuner was not available, he came out and checked out my piano himself.
I could not be happier with my experience with Brian and the Piano Gallery.
